Whether we are discussing grief or your postpartum journey, these phone consultations are a safe space for you to explore within. This is a unique way to receive support from a Doula in the comfort of your own space.

Postpartum Support
As a diverse Doula, my postpartum support is available for anyone who needs nourishing support at home post a significant life event, such as childbirth, surgery, injury, etc.
The areas I currently serve postpartum care are California and New Mexico. If you live outside of these locations, feel free to reach out. I may be passing through or can travel to your location.
Musical Medicine
Before any language existed, there was sound.
Music has a magical force of holding space for us as we explore within. The meditative state one can easily flow into with music is what these Musical Medicine sessions were created for.
Open the doors within, feel what seems to be hidden, and heal.
